After the application, they would direct you to the Online Assessment, then virtual assessment (1to1), very causal talk and no stress at all. Only tricky was the situation question and she would ask how do you do better if same case happen

The recruiter were kind ,friendly and cooperative and the process was easy containing two steps group exercises,one to one interview you must be able to engage with your team and give your opinion while letting others speak as well

The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.
