El entrevistador comienza preguntando sobre cómo te describirías a nivel profesional y personal.
Una vez hecho esto habla sobre las oficinas y/o clientes cercanos a ti y hace varias preguntas sobre tu currículum. Tras esto hace unas preguntas muy simples sobre la tecnología en cuestión con diferentes respuestas (tipo test). Después habla sobre los beneficios de estar en la empresa y finaliza con una ronda de preguntas libre por tu parte.

It was a 1:1 interview with a tech lead from the project. During the interview they asked about my experience, they made some questions related to technology ans then we discussed about challenges on one pf their projects

3 interviews, one on the phone and two in person. I was interviewed on the role I had not applied for then got a call that they needed someone with experience. Filed a complaint and was offered to interview for a different position.
