Colloquio
First, I had an initial interview with HR, to discuss my academic background and the position being offered. I also had a meeting/presentation where, along with other potential hirees, I was introduced to the company, its values, career progression, salary and other important subjects, and where we asked whatever questions we had.
Afterwards, I had an interview with someone from the technical side, but we mostly talked about my background and experience so far.
I was then contacted, for a final chat where they made me an offer

Describe a challenging problem you encountered in your road so far and what you did to solve it
Three interviews, first with a manager, then with a Director and finally with a partner. The interviews are based on our academic and life experiences, and in our expectations for the professional future.
The HR arranged an interview with me for a junior position, and were supposed to call me 2 times for the interview and never called. I sent several emails and they never answered. Terrible organization
