La entrevista fue grupal, donde cada uno de los participantes iba contando su experiencia ya sea laboral o academica. Tambien se debía hacer una pequeña intro sobre cada uno. Tambien los entrevistadores iban preguntando sobre la expectativas laborales

Colloquio
There was 3 round in the process.
1- Interview with the HR for 30 min
2- Meeting with the manager of the team
3- Tech interview
The first interview is about experiences, technologies that I worked on, salary expectations.
The second interview is about meeting with the manager of the team. Talking about more tech stack, experiences. No tech questions.
The third interview is a technical interview. Mostly questions about Docker, CI/CD, database, etc.
After the third interview, they said we want you to join our team but we need to get approval from managers to make an offer for you then will back in 1-2 weeks. After 2 weeks I asked them about the situation and they said we're still waiting for the approval. After waiting 6 weeks - yes 6 weeks- they said "unfortunately, it seems that the structure changed and that they do not need to hire at the time."
This is so disrespectful to me and my time. This is the worse experience that I had.
Entrevistador técnico bastante agradable. Fue una entrevista por teams, se trata de una serie de preguntas técnicas relacionadas con el área, bastante básicas y algunas no tanto, cubren todas las areas dev, conceptos, lenguaje, framework, bases de datos, es importante repasar contenido antes de presentarse.

Fue una entrevista por teams, se trata de una serie de preguntas técnicas relacionadas con el área, bastante básicas y algunas no tanto, cubren todas las areas dev, conceptos, lenguaje, framework, bases de datos, es importante repasar contenido antes de presentarse.
