The initial screening call went really well, the interviewer seemed very friendly and enthusiastic. I was also very excited about their product. The interviewer said I should "rest assured" she will get back to me as quickly as possible. You can probably guess what followed. I have written a follow up email a couple of weeks later, to which she replied that she is scheduling an interview right away. Instead she has sent me another email right away, informing me that the team asked to pause the interviews for that week. And once again, I should be rest assured that she will be in touch soon. Needless to say she ignored my other follow-up after that. This is simply disrespectful.

1. Contacted by external recruiter, had a chat and put forward to technical interviews 2. Two one hour interview, one was a system design and one was a pair programming exercise centered around a rare data structure that I was told about before the interview. I didn't progress past the technical interviews however enjoyed them both.
