after the HR interview, they schedule a technical interview. about 3 or 4 times the technical person won't call me via Skype and every time after hours HR mail me and made an excuse and reschedule it again. they gave me an assignment with tech stack which I didn't work with and also I didn't mention it in my CV! the assignment wasn't hard, just a regular task but the evaluation points weren't clear. totally, for me, it was completely a messy interview.
