Application completed online. Was contacted by the boutique team leader (manager) in 1 business day and scheduled a one on one interview at the boutique. (Happened the next day) Was then scheduled to have a phone interview the next day with the district manager. I was contacted the next day to submit a background check. Within 2 days after the check was complete I was contacted with an offer from the Manager.
