I was promoted from sales associate to key holder. Even though I had worked with the manager for about 3 months at the time, I was nervous! I think it was because I really wanted the position and was scared she would turn me down. Besides the interview, I felt/do feel very comfortable around her. Within a week I learned I had gotten the position, and was issued a background check. The speed with which background checks are conducted varies depending on outside forces. The company itself is pretty quick about getting them done.

One interview and had to create a few looks based on a scenario provided. Interview was behavioral and styling was so much fun. After that the offer was almost immediate. Very easy process and good for entry level roles
