Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.
Very simple process. Show your fashion insights and design outfit for their specific requirements. Asked some very basic questions too about your experience in retail. Also asks some questions about your communication and customer service.
The interview process was two parts. First, they ask you normal behavioral questions, then you move to the next step and they have you style an outfit for a fake client.
