Very drawn out. I had three interviews over a month for a part time job. First was the assistant manger, a week and a half later was with the store manager, and then with the district manager two weeks after that. I always had to call first to find out about interviews. Very unprofessional and extensive process for a part time job.

One interview and had to create a few looks based on a scenario provided. Interview was behavioral and styling was so much fun. After that the offer was almost immediate. Very easy process and good for entry level roles

My interview process was pleased but i think that was because I had an amazing manager at the time. She was great and had a fun energy and was very positive and nice.
Very easy and light hearted. The manager was kind and open to answering all my questions about the role. I enjoyed talking with her and meeting the assistant manager. They were both welcoming and friendly.
