I was asked a series of questions regarding my availability, my expected salary, how I get along with a team, what I expected of the position and some scenario-based questions. The first interview was in person with the boutique manager and depending on whether she found you to be a good fit for the store, team and position you were either recommended for the position or not. If you were chosen as a candidate for the position, you then were able to schedule a phone interview with the district manager. A similar series of questions to the first interview process were asked over the phone. Very simple and quick process.

The questions were the general questions everyone in retail goes through. Basically told there would be a position opening up in the next few months (never was) you would be perfect for to get you in and to accept a very low paying job. First interview with store manager and second with district manager.
