Applied online, was called two days later to schedule an in store interview. At the interview both the Manager and Assistant Manager asked me about past work experience and had me style outfits for different imaginary scenarios. After they told me they wanted to add me to their team, and would need to contact the District Manager for her availability to conduct a phone interview, basically a quick screening to make sure they were making the right choice. She was obviously a busy lady because she didn't get back to them with her availability for over a week, which was annoying but at least the Manager kept me updated and called twice within that week to let me know they were just waiting on her but still wanted me. Once she did they called, I cleared my schedule for that time and her phone call took under 20 minutes. She asked more in depth questions about where I saw my life and career headed, which is comical because the position I was being offered pays barely above minimum wage and she clearly wanted to hear me say I wanted to work with this company forever and move up. She liked me though, and I was officially hired the next day when the Manager called me. The on boarding process was completed online and involved a background check which took a week to come through so although I got hired, I didn't start hands on training until later.
