Overall, my experience with this company was very disappointing. Everything seemed fine up until the assessment centre, but the process there felt extremely poor. The session included a “two truths and a lie” exercise, and each candidate was then asked only a single question before 7 out of 8 of us were dismissed.
It didn’t feel like we were given a fair or meaningful opportunity to be properly assessed, especially after progressing through earlier interview stages. In my experience, the decision-making at that stage seemed very limited and appeared to be based more on initial impressions than a thorough evaluation, which made the whole process feel unfair and unprofessional.

Initial stage interview process was great to make you feel at ease. Got to ask questions and gained a lot of info about the company, this wasnt rushed at all and genuine interest was taken.
