There's an online technical test (several dozen questions for about the same time of minutes). If you pass that, you get an assignment (or two smaller ones) to complete in two days. In general, you need 4-8 hours to complete them, depending on how well you know the problem assigned to you. After that, there are two interviews by people not related to the team you're trying out for. One is a technical interview and the other is business/people. They are rather short and mostly smooth sailing. If you pass all that, you talk to the manager and usually the tech lead of the team. This depends on the team, I had some good and nice guys and it was OK. You hear from them pretty soon, informing you if you're hired.
