Proceso muy estructurado y exhaustivo. Aplican el Smart Assessment (entrevista de 5 horas) para asegurarse que no solo eres el candidato perfecto para el puesto, si no que también la firma encajará contigo.
Es el proceso perfecto para asegurar que es el paso correcto en tu carrera profesional.
Como parte del proceso te invitan a tener 1-1 con los consultants donde puedes ver el talento de la gente que trabaja ahí (la mayoría son MBB)
Clearly structured and thoughtful interview process with 4 major gates, i.e., screening interview, case study & debrief, in-depth assessment interview, reference calls. It might seem lengthy at first sight, but the logic behind this clearly is to get highly motivated A players, who fit both competence- and culture-wise. Hires will have a freedom of choice in their daily work with lots of options and flexibility, so better make sure to get the right people. The whole recruiting and interviewing process is targeted at mutually getting to know each other. So, applicants will get the opportunity to talk to a lot of firm members to ask questions and get a better feeling for the work done and the culture. The assessment interview itself is long (about 5 hours), but not "difficult" in the strict sense of the word. It is basically a structured conversation about the different chapters of your career, in which the interviewer asks for achievements, do-overs, and work relationships.
