The whole recruiting and interviewing process is targeted at mutually getting to know each other. The assessment interview itself is long (about 5 hours), but not "difficult" in the strict sense of the word. It is basically a structured conversation about the different chapters of your career, in which the interviewer asks for achievements, do-overs, and work relationships.
