There are many forms to fill. You have to record yourself answering around 5 questions and then you have the face to face interview. The questions were weird ni work related, they ask you how you think your previous bosses will evaluate you and they want you to talk about the mistakes you made in your previous jobs? Why? I don't know and It felt super unprofessional.
