The overall process is good. I had three stages. 1. Screening. Talked with HR 2. Technical. The interviewer was kind and friendly. We talked about past experience, live code, and discussed recent technologies and changes. 3. Interview with hiring manager. Was good, talked about my motiviation and hiring manager's expectations.
