When I walked through my background, the recruiter questioned whether my experience qualified as 'Partner Marketing' while referencing a job description written by senior leadership. The conversation made clear the recruiter was working from a script rather than a genuine understanding of the role they were sourcing for.
Based on this first impression alone, I would not recommend engaging with this company's recruiting process. The lack of basic professionalism before even reaching a hiring manager raises real questions about how the organization operates internally.
