Very pathetic interview process, they don't want to hire good engineer
They simply want strong engineer, but don't pay good salaries.
HR does not know anything about the salaries and CTC budgets.
Founder does not want to increase even single rupee for good engineer

Colloquio
I applied through geektrust.
First round - HR screening: HR called and asked about basic details like salary, experience etc
Second round- Skype Interview- Had 2 rounds of technical interview on skype
Third round - F2F interview with their tech lead.
Fourth round - Discussion with their COO about their company culture, salary etc.
Overall I dint get a good vibe about the culture. They did not even give the offer letter. Was given time till end of the day to decide. Apparently only if you accept they will give the offer letter. Also I was asked to submit my employment details before even they gave the offer.
