The process included a series of 3 separate interviews, which all occurred within about a 2 week period. While this did seem a little excessive at first, I took that to mean they place a high importance on finding just the right people for their jobs. Everyone I interviewed with was very friendly and it seemed like a great company to work for. I was offered the position, but the entry-level pay was much lower than I was offered at a different company so I ultimately turned down this position. If the pay gap hadn’t been so large ( about $14k/yr less than the other offer I received), I would’ve definitely accepted the position here.
