Afterward, I received a facilities tour. This method of interviewing was impressive. The coding challenge provided the means for the company to ask questions and the candidate to explain the reasoning behind the code. I thought it was an excellent way for the company to understand the candidate's thought processes, problem solving ability, and the candidate's ability to communicate. One of the best interviewing processes; beneficial for company and candidate.
