Initial interview was rushed. Interviewee's we're very nice. One was late though. The assessment was the worst assessment I've seen yet. Each question is timed and the examples are completely unlike the real questions. I was told it was purely on Java but then included other languages.

There was a quick introduction via Indeed, then followed by a reasonable coding assignment. The assignment took a solid 4 hours to complete. After passing that milestone a group interview with the team.
