The process consisted of two interviews and a practical test take after the first and before the second interview. The process was very straightforward, with interviews diving both into the personal aspects as well as knowledge of finance and problem-solving. The practical test was mostly completing similar tasks to what you are expected to do at the job. The second interview was mostly explaining the work from the practical test and a personal part to see if you are a good fit for the company.
