Super seamless. Applied online, was asked to respond to a few short answer questions. Was then contacted to set up a phone screening with their in-house recruiter about a week and a half later, which was less of an interview and more of her telling me both about the position and the company, to make sure I was comfortable with the role/responsibilities. A few days afterwards, I was asked to submit a two-minute video cover letter telling them why I would be a good fit. Following submission, I was contacted a couple days later to come in for an in-person interview, which lasted about an hour and a half and was one-on-one with two department heads. It took another four weeks for them to make an offer after the in-person (due to some restructuring), but they stayed in touch with me every step of the way, making sure to check in on a weekly or even bi-weekly basis. Throughout the process, I was really struck by the enthusiasm of everyone I met with. I could tell that the company really practices what they preach, in terms of the time and energy they devote to their own talent acquisition. Excited to be joining the team!
