The first step is a phone interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist who gives you an overview of the position and asks you basic questions about your background and experience. If you move forward, you are asked to come in for an in-person interview. My first interview was with 3 Managers who asked standard interview questions. The next hour was with a Senior TAM where we talked about the position in more detail. The last interview/round was with the Director who asked more high level questions.

The process took about a month from the day I submitted an application to when I receieved an offer. The initial phone call was with a Recruiter who asked me generally about my interest and then explained that I would be taking an assessment. As it turns out, I had applied for a different position about 2 months prior and already took the assessment at that time, but they did not move me forward for that other position. I'm the kind of person who believes everything happens for a reason though: they had me complete the assessment a second time and I ended up doing a video interview with the hiring manager for this position. The video interview took 30 minutes. Exactly a week after that interview is when I receieved an offer. The Recruiter was very professional, responsive and answered all of my questions. The icing on the cake was when the Recruiter who initially spoke with me when I applied for the other position reached out to me to say congratulations. Very polished process both times. Even when I was notified that they went with other people for the other position, the interaction was still warm and they encouraged me to re-apply.
