It was very straightforward and transparent - it first consisted of a phone call with the HR specialist to talk about the role and make sure I understood all of its responsibilities. Next, I had a brief phone interview with the hiring manager. I then had two on-site interviews where I met with three different people in 30-minute time blocks both times. Everybody was very professional and friendly and you could tell they were passionate about their work and their jobs. I really appreciated how transparent and straightforward the HR specialist and hiring manager were when it came to keeping me updated throughout the process on things like next steps and timelines!
