Colloquio
The process started with a 30 minute phone interview with HR, followed by an at-home aptitude & personality test, and then another 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. The final stage was a set of interviews with 5 different people from the department itself and overlapping teams. I had regular email communication from the HR team throughout the process.
