The interview process with iCIMS was great! I heard back just a few hours after applying. The first step was a personality assessment and aptitude test. I don't necessarily agree with the use of these but they give you practice and it's straightforward enough. After that is followed by a phone screening with the recruiter, a Zoom call with the outbound SDR manager, and another Zoom call with the inbound SDR manager and a very brief call with the Chief Revenue Officer, basically an introduction to sign off on your hiring. The two recruiters I worked with were on top of everything, it never took me more than a day or two to hear back after each step, and the written offer was extended the same day as the verbal offer. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and conversational, and they all seem genuinely interested in getting to know you and seeing if you're a fit, they like research but there's no "gotcha" or overly technical questions. Overall, a seamless and professional interview process that has me excited to start working!

You do a total of three interviews and then they send you a knowledge test and a personality test.. not sure why about those. I would say it was all great until about the last interview. They are super scrunched on time so make sure youre ready with your answers. I really felt like I was going to get the job. They hype you up so much and tell you how they can see you working for them just to deny you. I literally had to text my recruiter and message the customer service about 10 times to get a response on my application status.

Quick and efficient process, great talent team who keep you updated through out the process even when interviewing during a pandemic. Good variety of interviews with different team members to give a clear view on the business.

The interview process was great! I have been on many interviews, and I feel that my experience with iCIMS was one of the best I've ever had. I was in touch with a couple of recruiters during the process. They made everything much easier and kept me updated throughout the process. Everyone I met with (on Zoom) was super nice and seemed to genuinely care about learning about me and my experience.
