Applied last summer. Had initial phone screen followed by two online Codility assessments (LC easy). After assessments, was invited on site for 3 rounds of interviews (LC easy/med). Pretty straightforward.

Video cover letter, codility test as you apply. After codility is passed, they'll set up a phone interview and in phone interview they'll ask questions regarding your achievement, any tough project you've worked on, information about icims and some behavioral stuff

No unexpected question per se, but codility is a nice test that you can crack if you have a bit of problem solving skills and composure
