After applying for the initial position they had me take a test before I went into the interview process. Be sure to ask the recruiters what you can do to prepare adequately for it. I really enjoyed the interview process. It took some time, but it was all worth it in the end. Everyone I worked with was so helpful and genuine. I had several interviews as they were deciding where I'd be the best fit in the company. Overall I had about 3 interviews after initially speaking with the talent acquisition team. I think that was a little more than normal, I'd say at least 2 should be expected though.

We had a good conversation during the interview, with a few great questions. A few stood out to me such as "how do you handle escalations?" and "what's your most proud accomplishment at your current job?"

I completed a phone screen that ensured I was a fit for the position for both experience and expected salary range. Then had a panel interview with potential supervisors. It was a pretty average interview. The managers I interviewed with were very friendly and the interview was more of a conversation and felt less like a traditional interview which helped me put my best foot forward I think.
Also once I worked with a great recruiter after my initial interview who kept in contact and walked me through the longer than normal turn around on next steps
