Phone screen with sourcer, phone interview with hiring manager, create brief video why I am the perfect fit for iCIMS, in person interview with HR Director.
During interview it was clear the HRD was not impressed with my background / accomplishments. She touted the candidate experience and how important follow-up is. I never heard back.
Thanks for your feedback. We apologize that we did not follow up with you to inform you of your status and we will further look into why that happened. We do highly value the candidate experience and we strive to respond to candidates within five days of their interviews through personal interactions as opposed to automated messages.
