The team was very friendly and I got great vibes during my interview. Management felt welcoming and warm and general office vibe seemed positive. My initial impression of the business and office was positive based off my interview.

I felt really disappointed and confused throughout my interview process with iD. It has to be on of the weirdest experiences I have had during an interview process, and I can tell that the employees seem stressed/there is a lack of communication. I applied via LinkedIn, and then I had a phone call screening (10 or so mins), then a 30 minute zoom, and then an in-person interview. It was then suggested I interview for another role in the agency (around 45 mins) - which then I came back into the office for a second time to interview for the other role with another person (fourth person I spoke to from the company, and another 45 min interview) - to be told that I may be able to start that week and to send off my references ASAP, to which I did. I didn't hear back for a few days (I had to follow up) to then be told they are awaiting for someone to return from holiday to approve financing etc. but will get back to me in the coming days. I had to follow up a few days later, to then be called and told that they don't have the funding for this position. The people I spoke to were incredibly kind and seemed to be really passionate about what they do, but this process has unfortunately turned me off from working for this agency as there are just too many red flags for me. Also, the offering salary was incredibly below average - for a junior position, it was 70k including super (so around 60k net before tax).
