Online application and then a zoom interview. Process was really simple and straightforward. They asked basic questions like how you would deal with trouble shooting with parents and kids, and how you handle time management.

I was a late hire i believe, and I talked with one of the regional managers who asked briefly about my interests and what experience they had. It was more of me learning about the company and the camp than of the manager learning about my experience I felt, they seemed really desperate for people. They also asked right away about availability and locations.
Two rounds: you first submit a video of you teaching a lesson it can be on any subject, and then a zoom interview with regional manager where you go over different scenarios and how you would react
Had to record an example of a quick lesson, teaching some material from their list of topics. Then there was a phone interview of behavioral questions, and gauging what topics you understood.
