I had high hopes after my initial interaction with the recruiter. He was responsive, professional, and seemed genuinely interested in moving the process forward. After our conversation, he encouraged me to follow up via email, which I did promptly. Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from him. Despite multiple attempts to reconnect, I was completely ghosted. It's disappointing when a promising start turns into silence, especially after being invited to engage further. Clear communication—especially when things change—is the bare minimum candidates deserve.
