2 phone screens and 3 in person interviews. First spoke with internal recruiter and then met with various team members. Each interview was a bit different. Some more conversational, others straight forward interview questions. Entire process was dragged out over 5 weeks. Everyone I spoke/ met with was very nice. There seemed to be a disconnect between what the recruiter described the needs as and the team leads themselves.

Received a text from an internal recruiter to set up a call to discuss my background and logistics. This was rushed and not well prepared. The time they gave me was not clarified and what I thought was PT ended up being ET.
Then proceeded to meet the hiring manager (CMO) within the following days. This was held via Teams and off video. I had sent a thank you email to the CMO following our conversation. The only way I could follow up with the recruiter was via text and when I did (twice), I received no response. I was ghosted.

I had three interviews, one virtually and two in person. The turnaround from the application to the offer letter was very quick. The responses were very quick and clear between each step.

Initially, the process was going very smoothly. The hiring manager for this role was very responsive, but I was told I was not given the chance for the role since I could not start right away - understandable. Overall, from the experience, the culture at iHeart seems very good!
