I was a former intern, which made the process easier and overall more pleasant. We talked about applying my previous experience to my new position and where I saw myself in the future.

I was asked about prior experience and what I thought about the future of the company.
Met with Director of Operations for a face-to-face interview. It was mostly an informal interview which included a verbal knowledge test of area. Follow-up included questions of management style, availability and how I would handle disciplinary issues.

Person conducting the interview was super welcoming and did not come off as initiating at all and made it feel more like a conversation between two people of getting to know someone rather than just a tedious interview.
