It's a fairly easy and streamlined interview process. I met with the full time and part time sales assistants in my first round and then met with the senior executives and sales managers in my second round.
It was about a 30 minute conversation with the hiring manger. Pretty general questions, mainly about what you are looking to get out of the position. The second interview is usually with 1-2 sellers.

Really no analytical nor technical questions. Maybe about what software's you've used in the past.
Know your resume and the simple job description and you're good.
