Cattle call. Seems like nice people, but my humble opinion they are taking advantage of the poor economy by offering a very low low draw, No base. Low commission. Not good if your looking to really making some big money.

Very short and to the point interview. Most of the questions were generic, canned basic questions about meeting sales quotas, meeting deadlines, teamwork, etc. I didn't feel the interviewer even read my resume.
