Met with 3 people; 2 managers and a colleague. The colleague was last and is purposeful designed for you to grill them on the job and the pro and cons.

They were very conversational. The only question that I’d prepare for is “what would make me want to hire you over the next candidate?”

replied to post, got an invite for interview. Spoke with HR. Then got assessment to complete. Completed a day later and then was told the job was already filled 2 days later.... then they posted the job again. HR person wasn't very helpful and didn't remember much. Unusual exp. for someone with 10+ yrs. selling exp. to not get a second interview. Felt lost in the shuffle.
