First is a casual interview with one sales manager. Then you must prepare 3 scenarios of sales situations and how you would handle them. You present those to the entire sales management team. They were very intense. It hardly concluded and they just threw their business cards at me from across the conference table, completely rude.
Questions were outdated by about 5-10 years. Nothing intellectually challenging. You can immediately tell these are very basic/old-school sales people, still trying to hang on.
