They either do a group interview or a 1:1. They asked me easy questions like what was my favorite radio station? What music do you listen to? Why do you want to work here? For this position they are looking for someone with a lot of personality and social skills. I personally don't think I did very well, as it was my first interview, but they were very impressed with my persistence to get the job as a high school student.
