Colloquio
I applied online, and then the HR gave me a screening call. After that, I had an on-site interview. Two weeks later, I followed up but never received a reply, so I eventually gave up. During the interview, they played a recording of a very fast American accent message related to Zendesk work emails, which included details such as dates, amounts of money, time, and the number of emails. I wasn't able to fully catch the content and only understood part of it.
There was also a written test, which required me to respond to about three ?emails in both Chinese and English, writing them out by hand on paper.

Everything went smoothly with them.

Colloquio
I was first interviewed in a room with the head director, the human resources manager, and another employee whose title I was not sure of. The interview consisted of basic interview questions such as why I chose to apply, my availability, and previous relevant experience. After the first interview, I was required to take a typing test for which the passing typing speed is 40 wpm. After the test, they kept shuttling me from the interview room to the outside waiting area of the office to the human resources manager's office. The director who conducted the initial interview seemed more concerned with informing me about the company in a long, seemingly memorized speech rather than actually asking me questions about what I could contribute to the company.
