Contacted by recruiter at LinkedIn, and set up the first video interview with the hiring manager a week later. The interview took one hour. The first 30 minutes, we discussed the role and my experience, the second 30 minutes I needed to solve two programming problems. The problems were not difficult to solve. A week later, I got good feedbacks, and scheduled another video interview. However, I didn't proceed as I had already got another offer.
Overall, the whole process is great. The recruiters Darren and Kimi are very professional and always responded to me in time. The hiring manager is very nice as well. He didn't give hard time to interviewee.
iHerb seems to be growing its business in the U.S. now. If you are an engineer who likes to learn and take challenges, this role would be right for you.
