I was not looking for a job. An in-house requiter from the company's HR team reached out to me on Linkedin. I told them I would be interested in the job if it paid a lot and was a cool place to work at. I had a great call with a in house recruiter from their HR team. We talked about my background and the company. Then I moved on to a panel interview that consisted of talking about my resume, technical questions, and then was told to create an algorithm to solve a problem. I had to write it out on a white board for the panel to go over and critique it. I was called the next morning by HR with an offer.

Enjoyed the interview process; speaking with the recruiter was a breath of fresh air opposed to all the sales calls I get because of this highly sought after role. She was very informative with benefits culture and told me about the job in detail. Interview process was also a great learning experience; I enjoyed meeting with team members and leadership staff who went into great detail to tell me what I would be expecting in this role and what it meant to the organization.
