I applied online and waited to hear back from HR regarding the next steps. It took roughly a couple of weeks to hear back. I was then scheduled for an interview at one of their campuses, went in, and was asked to teach a demo lesson (this is standard fare in the educational profession). The entire campus's admin team was there along with the department head. I sat in front of them and answered any questions they may have. The interview concluded with an "I'll let you know when we make our decision". I was hired 3 weeks later.
