I've attended a walk-in interview on Aug 25th, 2012 at iNautix, Pune office. Since, it was a walk-in there were more than 200 people for Database/Manual testing requirement. I reached there in the morning at 10.15 and the first round happened at 3.30 pm. I cleared it and the next round (with Manager) happened at 4.45. Both rounds were face to face. The Manager told that I've cleared the second round as well and will receive a call from HR team in the next 2 to 3 working days. She also mentioned that they would offer 'Senior Quality Analyst' designation. It's almost 2 weeks now and didn't receive any call. I'm tired of following up with Consultancy folks as well as the iNautix HR team. I sent couple of emails to iNautix HR, tried to reach them on their office phones and their mobile. I heard that they didn't release any offer even after conducting the HR round. One of my friend told that he cleared HR round as well but they didn't release any offer letter and it's more than 2 months now. I know it would be difficult for them to track the things particularly when there is huge crowd. However, they should at least let the selected candidates know about remaining process if they are really want to hire. Last but not the least; I really appreciate the interview panel team except HRs, who really has the patience to interview more than 200 people in a single day. They did their level best I should say.
