Initial Interview then Exam and then Final Interview. Once passed List of requirements will be given and deadline of submission before the Job offer. All requirements should be complete before the job offer.

BREAK BOND - PAY 2(Two) LAKHS
1. Received a call from HR.
2. HR enquired the basic information about me.
3. Fixed the interview slot for me on next day.
4. Interview rounds:
1. Communication screening( to check the candidate 's English fluently without MTI)
2. Tead lead - Got the chance to speak to tead leader after shortlisted. ( Checked the English fluently once again )
3. Manager round - Not a good way to approach the candidate with such humiliation.

i interviewed at Iopex Technology. the process took a day. there was one F2F recruiter, Two technical assessment and one F2F Team lead. Since i performed well. The recruiter said that I got selected for the final level of interview. I was waiting for the Team Lead no one senior developer was not there at that time. So they told me that they will arrange a Hangout call for the next day. I called them few times they said they will arrange...but they didn't. One of the worst response from them.
This is not a good practice.
