Interviewed 4x for a Technical Service Analyst role. Included a take home HL7 integration case study. Followed up 2X via email after no response for awhile. Received no reply what-so-ever. Not even an offer or a rejection. Basic professionalism that iRhythm doesn't have. If you're going to make someone go through 4 rounds of interviews plus a take home assignment, at least send a form email. The people I met were great, but for a company to show no recognition/care for the time and effort you put into their process after that much work is says a lot about their HR and leadership team.
