Got an email from the recruiter for initial phone screen, where in I was informed about the company and general overview of the team. Later I was informed that the Hiring manager liked my profile and wanted to schedule a telephonic interview. The interview went fine and no real technical questions were asked, just general questions. Initially i was told by the recruiter that I will be contacted the same day about the next step. I have another offer in hand and wanted to know if I am being considered or not. I do not have complaints against the company and would have recommended if I had gotten a response back. Irhythm is a mid sized company and should consider the candidates seriously.
