Stage 1 of the interview consisted of a zoom call with the talent acquisition manager to discuss the company, position and responsibilities, etc. Stage 2 consisted of taking the online arrhythmia examination and computer agility test. The final stage 3 is the zoom call with the hiring manager.

I went through three rounds of interviews with iRhythm Technologies, and overall, the interviewers were nice, and the conversations felt pretty comfortable. But after finishing all three rounds, I never heard back. I even sent a follow-up email, and still didn’t get any response. It’s honestly frustrating to go through that many steps and then just get no update at all. The interview experience itself was good, but the lack of communication at the end definitely left a bad impression. I just wish they would at least send a final decision instead of leaving candidates hanging.
